今天是第二天的減肥餐
第一天128.6磅 有排便 Wii fit plus and EA sport active 玩了1小時

第二天128.9磅 無排便 水要多喝一 點 Wii-just dance 玩了40分鐘

食譜如下

三日減肥餐
第一天
早餐:1.黑咖啡或無糖茶2.烤吐司一片3.花生醬兩茶匙4.葡萄柚半個
午餐:1.咖啡或茶2.水煮鮪魚半杯(about120cc)
晚餐:1.咖啡或茶2.紅葡萄一杯3.火鍋肉兩片4.蘋果一個5.四季豆一杯6.香草冰淇淋一杯 (EX:小美)

第二天
早餐:1.咖啡或茶2.烤吐司一片3.水煮蛋一個4.香蕉半根
午餐:1.咖啡或茶2.優格一杯3.蘇打餅乾三片(EX:高纖蘇打餅乾)
晚餐:1.咖啡或茶2.紅葡萄半杯3.香蕉半根4.熱狗一根5.綠花菜一杯6.香草冰淇淋半杯

第三天
早餐:1.咖啡或茶2.蘋果一個3.蘇打餅乾兩片4.低脂起司一片
午餐:1.咖啡或茶2.烤吐司一片3.水煮蛋一個
晚餐:1.咖啡或茶2.水煮鮪魚一杯3.紅葡萄一杯4.香蕉半根5.哈密瓜或香瓜一杯6.香草冰淇淋一杯

"就甘心"提醒:
1、每天除三杯咖啡以外還需喝清水5杯,早中晚和在兩餐之間各一杯。喝水第一是為了防止過快飢餓和飲食過量,第二是為了排除廢物
2、生的食物用水煮熟。只能加鹽或胡椒調味。
3、依定順序不可亂用替代品。
4、咖啡和茶不能加糖和奶。
5、此方有化學反應,不能任意更改。

wake up 11:30
lunch: korea tofu soup with various small dishes. ( white rice 240, tofu soup 400+ various small dishes)= 800

snack--pocky x 1 = 160, one pc of small cracker=50

dinner= oily pancake x 2 pcs=400; some grapefruit=50

800+160+50+400=1510

goal 1300==> over 210 calories

excersice tae bo cardio for 40 minutes--> burn maybe 200 calories..

加油 明天會更好

wake up at 1230
breakfast/lunch: home made sushi 8 pcs (rice, avacodo, egg)==> 8*50=400


dinner: morton's steak house ( 6 oz steak, 1 crab cake, one piece of bread. cream spinach, couple sauteed mushroom, ice tea with total of 2 bags of sugar, hot chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, morton's salad with blue cheese....)==> over eating too much...i would say it's probably about 1500 at least.


late night: at eric's house ( 2 wrapps with veggie, cream cheese , ham inside, one pc of california roll)--> the wrap from costco ?!!! one wrap for 810 calories!!! ? ! i had 2...so 1620...OMG...
